In case you weren’t aware, Alexis Sanchez still hasn’t signed a new contract with Arsenal, meaning there are still a lot of articles regarding his future.

The Chile international has finally found some form after struggling early on in the season, scoring a goal and picking up an assist in the 5-2 rout against Everton.

In what has become a rather tedious affair, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City appear to be the two main locations where the Arsenal star could land, and Pep Guardiola has the upper hand.

This is what Le10 Sport in an exclusive claim on Thursday, stating that while the Ligue 1 runners-up are still very much a possibility, Sanchez sees himself at the Etihad rather than the Parc des Princes.

Said to have already reached a contractual agreement with Manchester City towards the end of the transfer window, the Arsenal forward seems more and more intent on rejecting a move to France.

Paris Saint-Germain would have to be very convincing to get him to change his mind, and with their current financial situation (Neymar transfer and future Kylian Mbappé fee), they might not have the money to make that happen.

There’s still time before January comes around, and an Arsenal resurgence could change a few things, but it still seems, for now, like Sanchez will be on his way out, and quite possibly to Manchester City.
