Marca Joe Hart August 16thMarca report on Tuesday that Joe Hart could be a shock target for Sevilla. The England international had a torrid time at Euro 2016, amid claims Pep Guardiola didn’t quite fancy him.

Hart’s woes continued as the Guardiola claims turned into reality, and Hart was dropped for Manchester City’s first game of the season, a home victory against Sunderland.

Claudio Bravo has been repeatedly linked with a move to Manchester City and those claims took a huge jump forward on Monday, when it was claimed a deal is agreed and Bravo set to join the Premier League club.

That sends Hart further down in the dumps, and an exit is looking quite possible. Marca say that Hart could well be a shock target for Sevilla, with Jorge Sampaoli looking for a new goalkeeper.

Everton are linked too, but Marca say Sevilla have the added attraction of Champions League football. That may be the case, but Everton simply have a lot more money for both transfer fee and wages.

Joe Hart remains an excellent goalkeeper, despite Guardiola’s preference and his Euro 2016 capitulation. He’ll represent a good signing wherever he goes.
