With Manchester City always keeping an eye on youngsters from around the world, here’s one more teenager to be added to the list.
As outlet Germanijak features a story on Croatian side Hajduk Split and their weekend fixture, they talk about the club’s need to make some sales this summer.
One of the players who could provide them a good transfer fee is Stipe Biuk, who is only 18 and has already been getting some playing time with the first team.
The outlet reports that Manchester City have been interested in him and scouted the player on Saturday, in the 3-1 away win against Gorica.
Germanijak reports that this isn’t the first time the Premier League side have had a scout watching the youngster, claiming he has a ‘rarely seen talent’.
The outlet has some nice words to describe Biuk’s potential, writing he’s ‘cold-blooded and brave with the ball, an excellent dribbler and scorer, Biuk is without a doubt Hajduk’s biggest jewel. he’s certainly not for sale at the moment, at least not at the price of four million euros as estimated by Transfermarkt’.
With that last line, we should probably guess that Manchester City wouldn’t have an easy job to take him out of Hajduk Split this summer, although with the Croatian side’s need for money, perhaps a good offer could change the scenario.
