David Silva’s contract at Manchester City will expire in 2020 and the 33-year-old has already admitted he will leave the Etihad at the end of the season.

On September 19th, the Independent in England reported David Beckham’s new club Inter Miami are interested in the former Valencia man and he may join them next summer.

It was also explained the Spaniard is attracted to the idea of becoming the franchise’s marquee player in their debut season.

The Independent’s report has been widely discussed in Europe and North America. Friday’s edition of Catalan newspaper Sport has also picked up these claims and they state the midfielder’s entourage have denied this report.

Even though it is Silva’s final year with the Premier League winners, his new destination remains unconfirmed as of now.

It’s claimed the City star has several options on the table, but a move to Inter Miami is not one of the options ‘most considered’ by him at this time.
