Having insisted for months that Leroy Sane is keen on a transfer to Bayern Munich, and suggesting that the move was just a matter of time, Bild are now reversing from their claims.
The German newspaper report the Manchester City player is having second thoughts about his transfer situation, and isn’t sure he wants to join the Bundesliga champions.
Bild also state Bayern chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge ‘isn’t thrilled’ that Sane has changed agents and that talks would now have to start from scratch with those representatives.
There’s every chance this could be a play from Sane’s new agents, with the Manchester City player perhaps looking for more than has been offered previously.
At least it’s Bayern being messed around this time, and not the player’s current club.
