Manchester City signed five players in the winter market and four of them have been part of Pep Guardiola’s squad.

Juma Bah arrived at the Etihad from Real Valladolid and Manchester City sent him on loan to RC Lens in the same window.

The defender has to return to the Premier League club in the summer, where he’s unlikely to be part of Guardiola’s plans next season. That’s according to Allez Lens, who takes a look what could happen with his future.

They state the 19-year-old could struggle to find space as the Manchester City manager has the centre-back position covered.

The Sierra Leone international made eight league appearances in the Ligue 1, including six starts and his performances have convinced Lens. They are looking to extend his loan stay beyond this season, but it won’t be easy.

Bah is attracting interest from elsewhere and Manchester City, according to Allez Lens, could be looking for over €4m (his market value), his market value. He could be tempted by a club more ambitious than the Ligue 1 side.

Lens will have to act quickly and convince both Manchester City and the player for a new loan deal to stop him moving elsewhere.
