Lazio boss Maurizio Sarri is planning a couple of arrivals from Tottenham Hotspur this summer, according reports from the Italian media.

Newspaper Il Messaggero, relayed by Tutto Juve, writes that as the coach plans the structure he’ll have in hands next season, he wants two men from Spurs.

The story isn’t talking about Tottenham players, though. Those are actually scouts who arrived at Spurs along with Fabio Paratici.

According to Il Messaggero, Sarri wants Leonardo Gabbanini and Lorenzo Giani, who both joined Tottenham during the Paratici era, has put their names ‘on the table’.

That’s a plan from the Lazio manager to find more young talents around and develop them ‘at home’.

Gabbanini had been working at Watford before joining Tottenham last summer. Giani, meanwhile, was with Paratici at Juventus and followed him to Spurs.

Now we should wait and see if the duo are satisfied with their position in London to  or if they’ll accept the offer to return to their home country and join Sarri at Lazio.

With Paratici gone, maybe that will impact on their potential departure as well.
