Greek website Snda.gr report Olympiacos manager Pedro Martins is still keen to sign Nottingham Forest attacker Gil Dias on a loan deal despite previous claims a deal could be complicated for the Championship side.
We covered previous reports from Greece that the Portuguese youngster is an option for Olympiacos in this transfer window after struggling to make his mark at Nottingham Forest.
It’s claimed Dias’ move to Olympiacos could still happen before the transfer deadline and Pedro Martins has given the green light to the Greek club’s board.
The Portuguese manager is said to know Dias well and thinks he could get the best out of the 22 year old.
According to Snda, Martins thinks the Nottingham Forest loanee will offer creativity in the final third.
The AS Monaco owned player has struggled in the Championship this season and he’s yet to register a goal or assist in the league.
Dias is contracted to the Ligue 1 side until June 2022.
