For anyone who’s seen Anthony Martial last performances for Manchester United, it seems obvious that the Red Devils aren’t putting him up for sale this summer.

With 20 goals and seven assists this season so far, the Frenchman has finally found a good form under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, becoming one the pillars of the team’s successful attacking system this year.

However, it also means the clubs who had been interested in Martial in the past are still keeping an eye on him right now, which is the case for Inter Milan.

Italian website Calciomercato says the Nerazzurri continue to follow the attacker, having done so for a couple of years now, even though the signing looks a lot harder in the current situation.

Not only Martial’s form makes him more expensive, but Manchester United’s chances of clinching a spot in the Champions League also make his stay at Old Trafford more likely.

It’s said that besides making big signings with a new budget, the Red Devils are also set to protect their stars with new contracts.

Calciomercato claims Martial would cost at least €70m this summer, and the only way Inter Milan would manage to find a discount is in case they offer Milan Skriniar in a deal.

Since Manchester United were said to be interested in the defender, that’s a possibility on the Italian club’s minds.
