As the partnership between Manchester United and Inter Milan goes on, it seems there’s one more player who could be heading to the Nerazzurri, and not with the Red Devils’ will.
The Italian side already signed Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez last summer, and following strong rumours of a move for Ashley Young, it’s Tahith Chong who’s now getting involved.
It all started with FC Inter News reporting that the club have been holding talks with Mohamed Sinouh, who’s the agent of Brugge loanee Sofyan Amrabat, currently having a loan spell at Hellas Verona.
But it turns out that Sinouh is also the agent of Tahith Chong, and it’s now being said that the Manchester United youngster has been mentioned in the talks as well, with Sky Sport in Italy claiming the agent offered his player to Inter.
Calciomercato also add the terms he put forward were the same as what he wanted from Juventus (which was at least €2m/year).
His contract with Manchester United expires at the end of the season, so the Red Devils wouldn’t be able to get involved in case the player chooses to leave for free.
