Fanatik claim Manchester United have informed Fenerbahce they are looking to part ways with Marcos Rojo in this transfer window.
The Argentine defender was linked with a move to the Turkish club last summer, but the transfer never materialised.
However, Fanatik claim Fenerbahce will try their luck once again with Rojo, as the Yellow Canaries look to solve their problems in defence.
According to Fanatik, Fener have held talks with Rojo over personal terms and the 29 year old wants €4m per season which could be an issue for them given their financial situation.
Talks between the two sides will continue in the coming weeks and Fanatik report Manchester United won’t stand in Rojo’s way if he agrees a deal with Fenerbahce. It’s reported the Premier League side are ready to cover half of his wages to make the deal happen.
Rojo’s contract at Old Trafford will expire at the end of June 2021, however, he looks surplus to requirement.
