Manchester United and Arsenal are reportedly in the race for the Benfica winger Gonçalo Guedes.
On Thursday, it was already reported that the Gunners had sent scouts to the Estádio da Luz to watch the 19-year-old.
Now Record say both the clubs are keeping an eye on the player and could be making an offer soon.
Guedes, who is a Jorge Mendes client, is still fighting for an important place in the Benfica squad, but has been impressing during the pre-season and manager Rui Vitória has shown he’ll be more used this year.
With a contract running until 2021, the youngster has a €60m release clause.
Benfica were playing Torino in the match Arsenal attended, and the London club have also been strongly linked to Torino’s Bruno Peres. That may suggest the Guedes claims are a little off.
