As CalcioMercato.it features some updates on the future of Red Star winger Andrija Radulovic, some Serie A fans won’t be happy with the news.
The 18-year-old had been linked to the likes of Inter Milan and AC Milan, as both sides had been following his development in Serbia. However, he now seems closer to the Premier League.
The website writes that Manchester City have opened talks both with Radulovic’s entourage and with Red Star. Pep Guardiola’s side are said to be ‘serious’ about signing the youngster.
There aren’t any details on how much the Serbian club would demand for the transfer, but the negotiations are said to be on.
Calcio Mercato makes it clear that Manchester City are leading the race when writing in their headline ‘bye bye Inter and Milan’, as a sign that they won’t be able to compete with the Premier League side. Meanwhile, Bayer Leverkusen are said to be interested in the player as well.
Not a lot from Radulovic could be seen this season, since he’s been sidelined since December. He only has 13 appearances for Red Star’s first team, so Manchester City have certainly been following him since his time at the academy.
