Manchester City are showing a keen interest in Juventus youngster Moise Kean, according to claims in the Italia media. The 16-year-old has been in impressive form for the Juventus youth team this season which has brought him to the attention of the Premier League side.

Calciomercato have revealed Manchester City sent scouts to Juventus’ Champions League youth tie against Dinamo Zagreb earlier in the week to get a lowdown on Kean. Since Pep Guardiola was installed as the manager of Manchester City in the summer the Spaniard has looked to bring in youth, and it seems he will continue with this policy.

Leroy Sané, Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko were all signed by Manchester City in the last transfer window, whilst there was a reported attempt to bring in Croatian youngster Ante Coric.

It’s been claimed Manchester City could look to take advantage of Kean’s contact situation with Juventus as he’s yet to sign a professional contract with the Serie A champions.

Kean’s agent Mino Raiola is currently locked in talks with Juventus, but the Italian side aren’t prepared to give the player an overinflated salary or pay huge agency fees.
