Manchester City is the latest club tracking Tolgay Arslan, according to HaberTürkSpor. Besiktas’ 26 year old midfielder will be watched closely by Manchester City at today’s Champions League game against Benfica.

We covered the reported Manchester United interest about him last week and now their fierce rivals Manchester City are also in the hunt. HtSpor also believes that Manchester City scouts will keep an eye on for another Besiktas midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup, who was formerly a member of Arsenal’s academy system.

Oğuzhan, a Netherlands born Turkey international, played a key part in Besiktas’ 2015/2016 title-winning season and he scored 9 goals and assisted 11 in the process. He has contract until 2018, and Besiktas president Fikret Orman said recently his star player will only be allowed to leave for a Europe’s biggest clubs.

Tolgay is also a very good player and caught the attention after his great Champions League performances so far this season. Besiktas are in a hurry to offer them a new contracts but so far nothing is decided.
