Ismaila Sarr joined Crystal Palace in the summer transfer window and the move hasn’t really taken off yet.
The Senegal international has played less than 300 minutes in the Premier League, starting only once for Palace. He is yet to score or assist, with the Eagles struggling to recapture their form from last season under Oliver Glasner.
While Sarr hasn’t been around at Selhurst Park for too long, he could already be close to departing his new club.
Gazzetta dello Sport state the 26-year-old is a target for AC Milan, who could sign a wide player in January.
The feeling at Milan is that Sarr could depart Palace in the winter and isn’t considered ‘untouchable’ by the London club, who would want a fee of around €15m to let him depart.
That asking price is seen as ‘sustainable’ by the Rossoneri, who will probably move players on in the winter before potentially launching a move for Sarr.
While it remains to be seen if any of this transpires, Crystal Palace signed Sarr for a fee of £12.5m and selling him for €15m may be attractive if it’s decided things aren’t going according to plan.
