In the last summer transfer window, Felix Passlack signed for Norwich City on a season long loan.

The idea will have been to impress and either get a permanent move or return to Borussia Dortmund and be able to challenge for a squad place.

However, it’s gone very poorly indeed.

The 20 year old only has six minutes of Championship action to his name this season, whilst picking up a further 5 appearances in cup competitions.

Norwich have been promoted to the Premier League, and if Passlack wasn’t getting a look in for the second tier then it’s unlikely he’s going to be kept around for the top level of English football.

German newspaper Bild reports he’s set to return to his parent club, but Dortmund don’t really have a place for him. It’s even stated he has ‘no chance’ of staying at BVB and the club will look to sell him.

If that’s not possible then another loan is on the cards.

Passlack has a BVB contract lasting until June 2021.
