There’s a claim in the Turkish media that Besiktas attacker Semih Kılıçsoy will be allowed to leave in the summer.
In the past week the 19-year-old has been linked with a move to Leeds United following reports they were entering into transfer talks to sign the youngster.
Milliyet today report on the latest developments regarding Kılıçsoy’s future and they say Besiktas will allow the player to be loaned to another club ahead of next season.
It’s claimed Besiktas president Serdal Adalı, their manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and scouting director Eduard Graf have held a meeting with regards to the situation with the Turkey international.
The forward has struggled at times this season, but they still potential in him. Subsequently, the Super Lig side will allow Kılıçsoy to go out on loan this summer in the hope he can kick-start his career.
Again, there are reports of a possible move to the Premier League and these developments will give Leeds United some hope in signing him. Leeds United are reportedly looking for a loan deal for Kılıçsoy, so Besiktas’ latest plans for the young forward will suit them.
Kılıçsoy has made 36 appearances for the Black Eagles this season, scoring four goals. He’s contracted until June 2028.
