According to regional newspaper Yeni Asir, Liverpool are in transfer talks with Turkish second-tier club Altinordu with regards to signing Ravil Tagir and Burak Ince.
It’s reported the Premier League leaders are ready to offer €7.5m for both youngsters and talks between the two clubs are set to continue in the coming weeks. Altinordu reportedly want 30 percent of potential future transfer fees for both players.
Ravil Tagir is a 17 year old left-footed central defender who has been in impressive form for the Aegean side this season. He has been linked with a move to Manchester United in recent weeks.
Burak Ince is a 16 year old attacking midfielder, and has only featured briefly for the club this season, impressing when called upon.
Altinordu president Seyit Mehmet Ozkan said last month he wants to see both players join Premier League clubs. If Liverpool sign the pair, Yeni Asir claim they will stay at Altinordu until they turn 18 years of age.
