During the winter market, when Inter Milan winger Jonathan Biabiany was being linked to an exit from the club, Calcio Mercato created a story with odds for each destination.

The story was posted on the website’s Instagram account, and surprisingly, the player himself made a comment saying “West Ham”.

The player ended up staying at Inter, but his situation remains critical, as he hasn’t played a single minute of football since December.

Interviewed by Calcio Mercato this Thursday, Biabiany’s agent tried to clarify the player’s situation and talked a bit about the chances of a transfer.

Obviously, he ended being questioned about the Instagram comment.

Asked if Biabiany would fancy playing for West Ham, Davide Bega said: “Yes, he likes the London club”.

The player has a contract with Inter Milan until 2019, but given the few chances he’s been having, a summer transfer is very likely.

If West Ham are looking for a new winger come the end of the season, it’s always nice for them to know that someone like Jonathan Biabiany relishes the prospect of someday joining them.
