Leicester City have reportedly reached an agreement for the signing of Yunus Akgun from Galatasaray.
Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu writes that the 23-year-old will be joining the Foxes on a loan with an obligatory buying clause.
At the end of the season, Leicester City are set to have the obligation to purchase him for €10m.
There’s a full deal for the move, as the Foxes already agreed personal terms with the player, who accepted a five-year contract with the Championship side.
Featuring for Galatasaray last season, Akgun had one goal and four assists in 28 appearances. He spent more time on the bench and was mostly used at the end of games.
This season, from the six matches the Turkish side played, he was was used in three, but only started in one.
Since the relegation to the Championship, Leicester City saw a large number of players leaving the club, and now work hard to replace them.
So far, their biggest signings have been those of Harry Winks, Conor Coady, Mads Hermansen and Stephy Mavididi, as well as the loans of Cesare Casadei and Callum Doyle.
