Juventus managed a 2-0 win over Genoa on Sunday and Leicester City ‘observers’ were in attendance at the Allianz Stadium at the weekend.
That’s according to Calciomercato.it, who say ‘several observers’ from Serie A sides and abroad watched the Turin club’s latest tie at home. Apart from Atalanta, the presence of the Foxes scouts ‘should be noted’
It’s claimed Brendan Rodgers’ side ‘could evaluate the situation’ of Adrien Rabiot and Federico Bernardeschi. Both of them featured against Genoa.
The Italian started the tie and was replaced by the former Paris Saint-Germain man in the 83rd minute.
The France international has been regularly linked with a move away from the Italian club, since just months after he joined them as a free agent in 2019.
Bernardeschi, on the other hand, has a contract expiring in less than seven months. He was previously managed by Mino Raiola, and a few weeks ago the Italian left the super-agent and is now represented by Federico Pastorello’s P&P Sport Management.
With Leicester scouts monitoring the Juventus duo, it remains to be seen whether or not the Premier League side will take the necessary steps to sign either of them.
