Following the success of Wesley Fofana’s purchase from AS Saint-Etienne this summer and their historic success when bringing Riyad Mahrez in from Le Havre, it isn’t surprising to see Leicester City returning to France to look at some more talent.
The latest to be on the Foxes’ wishlist is Josué Casimir according to Foot Mercato.
The 19-year-old currently plays for Le Havre, who have helped produce some fantastic players ranging from the aforementioned Mahrez to Paul Pogba or even Ferland Mendy.
A forward capable of playing either through the middle or down the wing, Casimir is not only being tracked by Leicester, but also Milan and Wolfsburg, although no one has officially come forward just yet.
Already featuring four times for the first-team, including an appearance in the Coupe de France, the youngster is currently under contract until 2023.
We’ll have to see if he stays at the French club that long with those suitors keeping an eye on him.
