With a new transfer market approaching, Premier League sides are back being linked to Amadou Diawara.

This time the news comes from Italian website Calcio Mercato, who claims that Leicester City and West Ham United are both interested in the 23-year-old.

The outlet writes that Foxes and Hammers are both ‘ready’ to reach the €20m price for him. They say these are ‘interesting’ figures for Roma to sell the player.

The Giallorossi are looking to make cash in the January market so they can go for other talents, such as Nahitan Nandez from Cagliari.

Diawara has been linked to several Premier League sides through the years, and the rumours naming Leicester City and West Ham have shown up again in the Italian media last week.

No one could see a lot of Diawara this season, as he’s been diagnosed with Coronavirus and missed most of the games so far. So we wonder how the English sides are already ‘ready’ to pay that much money for him in January.
