According to a claim in the Greek media, Leicester City could make an offer to sign Olympiacos left-back Kostas Tsimikas but first they have to sell Ben Chilwell.
In recent weeks we’ve covered reports from Greece that the Foxes are keen to bring in the Olympiacos man and today SportDay report, via Sdna, they are preparing a €25m offer for the player.
However, SportDay report Chilwell will have to be offloaded first, and he’s been linked with a move away from the club in recent months, with the likes of Chelsea said to be interested in his services.
Along with Leicester City, SportDay claim Napoli, Inter Milan, Lokomotiv Moscow, Galatasaray and Fenerbahce are all interested in signing Tsimikas.
Tsimikas has made 37 appearances for Pedro Martins’ side this season in all competitions and provided seven assists. His contract at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium will expire at the end of June 2022.
