The reports we’ve been on Sunday from the Italian media don’t look very good for Leicester City fans who want to soon see Robin Gosens at the club.

In the morning, we already covered a piece from L’Interista which said the player would rather join Serie A giants such as Inter Milan or Juventus instead of signing for the Foxes.

Still, that story claimed the player is ‘very close’ to joining Leicester City, with the clubs looking near an agreement for the left-back.

Now as Calcio Mercato talks about Gosen’s situation, they claim that the €25m the Foxes ‘were ready to spend’ may not be enough to land the 26-year-old from Atalanta.

The website highlights that Gosens at the weekend scored his 10th goal in Serie A this season, making this the best campaign in his career, and that means his price is about to go up.

Calcio Mercato says Leicester City must ‘raise the price’ now. And with the other reports linking the player to Inter Milan and Juventus, we can see this transfer getting more expensive.
