Leicester City midfielder Adrien Silva has an offer to leave the club this summer, according to claims from the Portuguese media.

O Jogo writes that the player received a bid from Spartak Moscow, and his future could be ‘sorted’ soon.

The report doesn’t have any details on how much the Russian side are offering, and doesn’t even say if it’s an offer for a loan or a permanent deal. But their headline makes it sound like there’s a real possibility for the 31-year-old to find a new club.

Since it’s only a story on their website for now, perhaps there’ll be more information from the Portuguese media in tomorrow’s newspapers.

Signed by Leicester City in a €25m move from Sporting in 2017, Adrien Silva ended up leaving the Foxes in January 2019 on loan to AS Monaco.

Even though he was supposed to return to England this summer, it seems unlikely he’ll stay at the club for next season.

Adrien Silva’s contract with the Foxes expires in 2021, so they are obviously favouring a permanent move this time, unless they renew his contract before letting him leave on another loan.
