Leicester City are keeping tabs on Paris Saint-Germain youngster Ayman Kari, according to Téléfoot, relayed by Le10 Sport.
It’s stated the Foxes, along with Clermont and Stade de Reims, have ‘already expressed their interest’ in signing the 18-year-old this summer.
The Leicester target is one of the best young talents to emerge from the Ligue 1 winners’ academy. In the winter market, PSG allowed him to join FC Lorient on loan, with an option for a further year.
Kari, who has made three appearances for Lorient’s first team, has ‘showed great things’ in a short time. Although Lorient can extend his loan deal, the report states his ‘future is already in question’.
The midfielder has ‘several options’, including joining Leicester. He and his entourage have a decision to make on his future, which they haven’t made so far.
Leicester are 19th in the table, trailing 18th placed Leeds United by a point and three points behind 17th placed Everton, with a game in hand.
There’s no mention whether the Foxes would consider signing the teenager if they are relegated from the Premier League.
