Brazil legend Zico has told Turkish giants Fenerbache they must act quickly if they want to sign Flamengo midfielder Adryan. The 22-year-old will be best remembered in England for the forgettable season he had on loan with Leeds United.
Zico said the experience he got in Europe playing for the likes of Cagliari, Leeds and Nantes would be a bonus for Fenerbache, but the Turkish side would need to move in on the player soon before he joined another major club.
“He is the type of player that will help you fully work. Both young and very talented. He has also completed his development in Europe. In a few years, you will hear his name with a giant club. You and your staff must move quickly,” said the former Brazil international on Adryan’s links with a move to Turkey.
Adryan spent a season long loan with Leeds United in 2014. However, the attacking midfielder played just 12 league games for the club, scoring no goals. The Brazilian was also given the 2014 Fallon D’Floor award following a dive against Derby County whilst playing for Leeds United.
