Leeds United and Wolverhampton Wanderers have joined the race to sign Nantes forward Yacine Bammou, according to claims in France. The 24-year-old has been making a name for himself in recent seasons and has also been linked with other Ligue 1 clubs.
France Football have revealed Bammou is being tracked by a number of Championship side including Leeds United, Wolves and also Brighton. All three clubs will be hoping to bolster their attacking options in this transfer window, and the Morocco international is an option open.
It’s been claimed Nantes will listen to offers for the forward, but the three English sides will face competition from Toulouse to sign the player.
Bammou has spent his entire career playing in France, and after a brief spell in Nantes B team he made his debut for the senior team in 2014.
The striker has since made nearly 60 Ligue 1 appearances for the club, and also played for his country 3 times since making his debut in 2015.
