Leeds United were repeatedly named as one of the clubs to have shown interest in Noa Lang in the summer.

It was explained the Whites’ interest in the Club Brugge star was ‘most concrete for some time’. They finished the window by signing Daniel James from Manchester United.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side continue to be named as a suitor for the 22-year-old, as they are still following the player.

The number of clubs interested in the winger is increasing, if a report from Voetbal Belgie is to be believed. It’s said Leeds are now joined by Arsenal, AC Milan, West Ham United and Borussia Mönchengladbach in the suitors list.

The Netherlands international’s contract with the Jupiler Pro League side lasts until 2025 and the club are asking ‘€40m for Noa Lang’, even though his market value is around €25m. They are demanding a high price to ‘scare interested clubs’.

Club Brugge have no plans to cut ties with the player in January and ‘would only like to talk about a transfer’ at the end of this season.

The Belgian side remain hopeful that Lang can continues to shine, so that his valuation increases next summer.
