Mucho Deporte state Real Betis are working to finalise the Leeds player’s signing, and it’s expected to be completed ‘in a week’.
The operation is in the final stage and the parties are sorting out the ‘fringes’. The 28-year-old can then return to Real Betis, six years leaving them for Barcelona.

Real Betis’ pursuit of the Leeds man is also reported in his home country by El Día. They state the former Barca man will sign a three-year contract and will earn around €14m for the length of the contract.
