Former Leeds United forward Joe Jordan has been named as one of the best headers in the history of football by Spanish newspaper AS.
Jordan spent eight seasons at Elland Road, during a successful period for the club.
AS have complied a Top 19 of the best headers of all time, and the Leeds United legend has made the cut, along with some other football legends.
Despite AS saying Jordan had an ‘irregular career’, they believe the Scotland international scored important goals during his 20 year career, which included spells at clubs like Leeds United, Manchester United and AC Milan.
Other notable players to make the list are Gabriel Batistuta, Alan Shearer, Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos.
Jordan signed for Leeds United from Morton in 1970, and would go on to play 170 league games for the club, scoring 35 goals. The 65 year old won the title whilst at Leeds United, before he left for Manchester United in 1978.
The Scot also represented his country on 52 occasions.
