Following Andrea Radrizzani’s takeover at Sampdoria, it’s time to see some links between the Serie A side and Leeds United coming up.
Some interesting claims on this situation are made by outlet Palermo Calcio, who detail a few arrivals that could happen at the Italian side in the coming months.
According to their report, the number one candidate to be a ‘general director is former Juventus and Tottenham Hotspur chief Fabio Paratici.
Then for the CEO job, there’s the name of Leeds United director Sandro Mencucci.
The official has worked for the Whites since 2018, besides having a job as a chairman at Lecce since last summer.
Then there’s a favourite name to become Sampdoria’s new coach, and that’s Marco Baroni’s. He’d also arrive from Lecce, but with his contract expiring his summer, he’d be free to join a new club.
Whether Mencucci being appointed would have any impact on Leeds United’s board going forwards isn’t made clear.
