Last summer, Leeds United allowed Hadi Sacko join second division Spanish side UD Las Palmas on a season-long loan deal.
The winger has struggled to get opportunities in the first half of the 2018/19 season and has failed to start in even one league matches this term, with only five appearances from the bench to his name.
According to Las Palmas edition of Spanish newspaper AS, the 24-year-old’s temporary deal with the Segunda Division outfit will be cut short and he will return to his parent club.
Sacko will not spend the second half of this term with the Championship side as they are currently in talks with Hungarian club MOL Vidi FC for their player.
It is explained the Whites and Vidi are now in ‘advanced negotiations’ for the Mali international. That would suggest things are speeding up, with the claim of a move to Vidi being around for the past week.
Once Las Palmas make it official they have cut short Sacko’s loan deal, he will then be allowed to join a new club in the winter market.
Sacko will be hoping that he will get more opportunities to play at his new club.
