Leeds player ‘expected to arrive’ tomorrow to ‘finalise’ move to another club – Whites want quick solution

On July 9th, we covered multiple claims that explained Barcelona have made an improved offer to sign Leeds United star Raphinha this summer.

It was also reported the Whites’ plan was to make a quick decision, before they travel to Australia for the pre-season trip.

Leeds have confirmed their travelling squad and the winger was not included in the list. The Premier League side stated the players left out will ‘continue pre-season preparations at Thorp Arch’.

Sport now state the Brazil international is training alone while waiting for his future to be sorted out. He is keen to join Barcelona and the La Liga side have made efforts to sign him by making an improved offer of €55m plus bonuses. 

Leeds are not keep to drag the talks out, especially when they know the former Rennes man has already decided to leave the club in the ongoing window.

This is the reason Jesse Marsch’s side have not taken the South American to Australia. With Leeds wanting a quick solution, the newspaper adds the deal could be concluded soon
