Crystal Palace and West Bromwich Albion have been credited with an interest in signing Ozan Tufan.

At the start of last month, Sabah reported Fenerbahçe have told the Eagles and the Baggies a deal cannot be concluded if his €20m release clause is not met.

Leeds United have now joined Roy Hodgson’s side and West Brom in the race for the midfielder.

That’s what Fotomaç are reporting today as they state the 26-year-old is on the radar of English and Spanish clubs.

Only the Whites get a mention in the latest report, and when explaining about Leeds’ interest, it’s stated a ‘surprise team from the Premier League’ has come forward to take the Turkey international.

Tufan has five goals and nine assists from 34 Süper Lig matches this season, and has also been a regular for his national team. He is expected to represent Turkey at Euro 2020.

As per the claims, Marcelo Bielsa’s side ‘aim to sign’ the player before the start of the UEFA tournament.

To do this, Leeds are expected to ‘knock’ on Fenerbahçe’s door with a ‘high’ offer after the end of this season.

Fotomaç doesn’t specify the fee Leeds would be willing to offer for Tufan or whether the midfielder is open to the idea of moving to Elland Road in the next market.
