Chelsea welcome Juventus to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday evening, as the two clubs face each other in the Champions League.

The Turin club are top of the standings, and Thomas Tuchel’s side will be looking for a victory as they seek to win the group and progress positively to the next stage of the competition.

Top of the Premier League, with a three point cushion from Manchester City, Chelsea are having a much better start to the season than Juventus, regardless of the standings in the Champions League group.

Massimiliano Allegri currently finds his side in eighth position, and eleven points behind Napoli and AC Milan. A big performance against Chelsea will help Juve turn a corner, but they’re going to have to do it without a handful of players.

Calciomercato reports there’s ‘at least five absent’, and those are: Chiellini, De Sciglio , Bernardeschi, Ramsey and Danilo.

On top of those, Dejan Kulusevski was absent from group training on Monday. He’s working in the gym and will be evaluated ahead of the trip to London, suggesting it’s not certain he can go.

Paulo Dybala was back in training, and whilst he’s expected to be in the travelling squad, it’s thought to be difficult for him to start the match against Chelsea.
