According to Turkish newspaper Takvim, via Sporx, Trabzonspor are keeping tabs on Chelsea midfielder Danilo Pantic and they could look to bring him to replace club Jose Sosa in the summer.
The Trabzonspor captain could leave the club as he has yet to extend his contract, which will expire at the end of the season. Takvim claim the Turkish club are looking to alternatives in case he leaves, and one of their options is Chelsea’s Pantic.
The Serbian midfielder returned to his parent club in January after his loan spell at Hungarian club MOL Vidi came to an end, but Takvim report Trabzonspor could look to sign him in the summer.
Along with the 23 year old, it’s claimed Sporting’s Josip Misic, who’s currently on loan at PAOK, is also an option for the Karadeniz Firtinasi.
Pantic joined Chelsea in 2015 from his boyhood club Partizan and he’s had loan spells at Vitesse, Excelsior, and MOL Vidi, before returning to Stamford Bridge.
His contract with the Blues will expire at the end of June 2023.
