For a player who doesn’t appear to want to leave Tottenham, Moussa Sissoko sure is receiving a lot of interest in the dying days of the transfer window.

Of course, that doesn’t mean that Tottenham will sell, but it certainly means an exit is more likely than if no one wanted him.

Over the past 24 hours or so, it’s Inter in Serie A who appear to be in talks with the London club to try and get a deal done for the France international, yet they could have some competition from Spain.

Late on Monday night, Onda Cero, relayed by SuperDeporte, claimed that Valencia, who have just signed Geoffrey Kondogbia on loan from the aforementioned Italian side, enquired about Moussa Sissoko.

However, that interest would only become an actual offer if Alvaro Medran were to leave the Mestalla before the end of the transfer window, with Alaves reportedly keen on the Spanish midfielder.

This seems like a bit of a long shot, to be honest, as the latest reports from Italy suggest Tottenham would want at least €30m for their ex-record signing, and Valencia aren’t exactly in a financial position to throw that amount of money around right now.

Because, you know, FFP.
