According to a claim in the Turkish media, Sevilla are the latest club to show an interest in Everton forward Henry Onyekuru.

The youngster is currently on loan with Galatasaray, where he’s impressed for most of the season.

Aksam today report Sevilla are following the Everton owned attacker and they could make a move for the player this summer. It’s also claimed Marseille are still interested in Onyekuru after being linked with the Nigerian international in recent months.

Both Sevilla and Marseille could face competition to sign the 21 year old after we covered reports last week that Belgian side Club Brugge are keen on the player. Onyekuru previously had a loan spell in the Jupiler League with Anderlecht after signing for Everton from Eupen.

The attacker has yet to make his debut for Everton due his continuing work permit problems but his situation could change due to his involvement with the Nigerian national team in recent months.

If there are still permit issues in the summer, then Sevilla certainly seems a more exciting option than Club Brugge.
