Nottingham Forest picked up a 3-2 win over Southampton at the weekend and are now only six points behind league leaders Liverpool.
As Nuno Espirito Santo’s side continue to push for an unlikely title charge, potential January signings can help them get closer to the top of the table.
One name linked with a move to Nottingham Forest is Juventus’ Douglas Luiz and it doesn’t seem as if the interest has gone away.
TuttoSport have reported that the 26-year-old has multiple admirers in England and his agent Kia Joorabchian is receiving endless calls.
One of the interested parties is Nottingham Forest, but there is also interest from Manchester City and Fulham.
As of now, Juventus want a fee of €40m to sell him permanently. They are not considering a loan exit and they want a high fee to let him leave, considering how he arrived for around €50m in the summer transfer window.
Manchester City are only interested in a loan deal and that idea isn’t welcome to the Turin giants. It remains to be seen if Nottingham Forest make an offer or not, and whether Douglas Luiz would drop his delusions of grandeur to join the club.
