Wolverhampton Wanderers are believed to be ‘interested’ in signing Juventus’ Douglas Costa in the next market.

The Brazilian is currently on loan at Bayern Munich and is expected to return to the Turin club after this season.

Grêmio seemed to be the winger’s next possible destination, but they are expected to face competition from Wolves.

That’s according to Brazilian journalist Vagner Martins, relayed by Calciomercato.it, who states the 30-year-old has an opportunity to play in the Premier League.

He claims Nuno Espírito Santo’s side would be ‘ready to put on the table’ an offer of around €10m and this figure could ‘convince’ the Old Lady to sanction the player’s sale in the summer.

Costa is also attracting interest from the Middle East, where clubs in Saudi Arabia are interested in signing him. He’s also drawing attention from China.

Martins only reports about Wolves’ willingness to make an offer that can convince Juventus to let him go. He doesn’t mention whether or not the wideman is open to the idea of moving to England.
