Italy’s Calciomercato report on Monday afternoon that there’s another big clue Paul Pogba is about become a Manchester United player.
After listing previous hints and clues, Calciomercato say that the latest clue that Pogba is Manchester United bound, is him being removed from advertising shirts on the club’s website.
It’s explained that up until yesterday, it was Pogba, arguably the club’s biggest star, used to advertise the away shirt, but now it’s Miralem Pjanic. Paulo Dybala advertises the third shirt, and Leonardo Bonucci the home shirt. The suggestion is he’s been removed because the Manchester United transfer is imminent.
So we had a check, and Pogba was there, staring right back at us in a Juventus kit. In the second kit he’s supposed to have disappeared from advertising.
We have no reason to doubt Calciomercato, maybe Juventus are setting traps for the Italian media and helping Mino Raiola’s ‘bla, bla, bla’ campaign.
Pogba’s shirt is still very much for sale, and it’s still very much not a Manchester United one. If you want it with his name and Serie A badges then you’re looking at €104.95… it may be best holding off on that one.
