Even though the official information on Raul Jimenez’s physical condition remains positive, the Mexican media keeps showing up with updates which could worry Wolverhampton Wanderers’ fans.
At first, national team manager Gerardo Martino claimed the striker should be fit for the World Cup, and that was backed up by the player’s father, who said it should take a week until he’s fine.
However, TUDN soon came up with news saying the player had just done a new MRI to access his pubic injury. And then a local journalist claimed that given Martino’s face when speaking of the Wolves’ star, he probably would not be going to the tournament in Qatar.

While Mexico get worried about missing him in the World Cup, Wolves fans should also be concerned as that’d mean he’d be sidelined for at least a few months in that case.
