Liam Delap has scored six times for Ipswich Town so far in the Premier League, impressing in his first season in the top flight.
The 21-year-old has five in his last six league games and was key in the Tractor Boys’ win over Tottenham in the club’s last game.
Interest in Delap has grown and Juventus were mentioned as an interested party some days ago.
There is now a fresh update about the striker’s situation as Tuttomercatoweb report that his valuation in Ipswich Town’s eyes has ‘grown significantly’ in light of his performances in the current campaign.
He arrived at the club for an initial £15m fee, and now it stands at a point where a January exit is very unlikely unless someone breaks the bank.
That is a problem for Juventus, who want to sign a centre-forward in the winter transfer window and Delap was seen as an option.
17th-placed Ipswich Town will be quite keen on keeping the player at the club as they fight to avoid relegation. Getting Delap in the middle of the season would be a very complicated task for the Old Lady.
