Mario pasalic Calciomercato August 26thChelsea fans may well be wondering if sorting out loans moves for the club’s legion of young hopefuls is distracting from the first team.

It’s pretty certain Antonio Conte hasn’t got all he wants yet, and the Italian manager has hinted at that himself.

With under a week left of the transfer window, Chelsea and Conte will surely hope they can get business over the line, with a defender the obvious but seemingly difficult acquisition.

Loans are going well though. Mario Pasalic has been pictured by Calciomercato arriving in Milan for a medical. Chelsea have agreed a ‘dry’ loan with AC Milan, which means there’s no clause to make the move permanent. The Premier League club will receive a fee of €1m for the season loan.

Today Pasalic will undergo the first part of his medical, before tomorrow going through the second half. Should everything go to plan then the 21 year old will soon be an AC Milan player.
