Nottingham Forest are having a rather busy deadline day, and there’s a handful of deals the club are looking to get over the line before the window slams shut.

One of those is thought to be Léo Lacroix, with Bild and others in Germany saying Nottingham Forest are in a tussle with several clubs to try and sign the Swiss defender.

Hamburg are currently flying high at the top of Bundesliga are looking for immediate promotion after their first ever relegation from Germany’s top flight.

Lacroix has been in and out of the team, and it’s been mainly the latter recently.

Therefore, an exit has been proposed from HSV, where the player is currently on loan from Saint Etienne.

Hamburger Morgenpost say FC Sion are keen and quote their club president Christian Constantin as saying: “I’m interested in him.”

The Swiss transfer window has another week to run, which could perhaps give Sion an advantage over Nottingham Forest.
