Antony has been in impressive form since leaving Manchester United on a loan deal to join Real Betis in the January transfer window.

Yesterday, the Brazilian took his goalscoring tally for the Spanish club to three in four games.

With winger enjoying his time in La Liga, he spoke to DAZN about his time at Real Betis and life away from Manchester United. He revealed he is very happy and that is very important to him right now.

He said, as relayed by EstadioDeportivo: “The most important thing is to be happy and I’m happy here . It’s all very natural . Very happy to score a goal and help the team.”

Speaking of how many goals he wants to score before his loan stint ends, the wide player stated:

“I do not set a specific number of goals. I continue working hard, enjoying myself and concentrating every day. Let’s keep going like this.”

Evidently, even the Spanish media has taken keen notice of the Brazil international’s performances.

Sport have looked at how even though there were doubts about Antony when he arrived in Spain, he has shown he is ‘capable of gutting defences’.

He’s been described as a ‘lethal’ winger and there is also a belief things did look ‘dead’ with his career some weeks ago before managing to turn round his fortunes since arrving in Sevilla.
