Earlier today, we covered the long interview which Manchester United fullback Diogo Dalot has given to Portuguese newspaper A Bola.

Although the interview had six pages, it looks like the chat was even longer than that, because A Bola’s website now has new bits of the conversation.

Dalot has also been asked about the players who have been linked to Manchester United in the past year, with A Bola asking him if he would like to have Ruben Dias, Bruno Fernandes and João Félix all by his side.

“They are players with enormous potential,” Diogo Dalot told A Bola. “I’m not going to make that decision for sure. If it happens, I’ll welcome them very well, because they are friends and teammates. More: if this happens they will only add quality to the team. All of them are able to be world class players. If their future passes through United, I’ll be here to share all those moments with them.”

João Félix, who played for Porto’s academy before changing clubs and shining for Benfica, is the only one who Dalot has played with. Asked if he’s surprised with the attacker’s first season as a professional, he says it was something he expected.

“No! I have known Felix for a long time and the quality he has. He is a player of enormous value.”

With the English press constantly saying Manchester United are after a defender, a midfielder and a right winger, maybe at least one of the Portuguese stars could be filling those positions.
